ARSENAL will rise to the occasion and be Kings of London. The away match earlier in the season was a watershed game for the Gunners. Chelsea are favourites today, thanks to their Champions League win over Barcelona in midweek and Arsenal’s League loss to Wigan last week. Arsenal need to contain Drogba as he is back in form and can conjure a goal out of nothing. He tends to do well against Arsenal. But I believe this is the kind of match that will bring the best out of Arsenal.
QPR 2 SPURS 2
BOTH teams are gunning for a good finish to secure their fortunes for next season. QPR are seeking to stay in the EPL and Spurs are hoping to cement fourth spot. It will be an open and hard match. Expect some hard tackles and a tough fight as both will want to win. QPR are capable of pulling off a surprise when least expected and Spurs need to snap their poor performance. Unfortunately, QPR will give them a run for their money.
MAN UTD 2 EVERTON 0
AS my friend Tony Francis said, this will be the game that sees United laying their hands on the trophy – and I could not agree more. Everton will be no match for the “lucky” Devils. Everton can match United for most parts of the game, save the rub of the green – the Red Devils have got luck pouring out of their ears, remember? Not to mention their players’ ability to act and fall over at the slightest of touches.
This week I spoke to several classmates from Sultan Abu Bakar School (SABS) in Kuantan. Nice to chat with you guys and great to know there’s a reunion coming up in May. Have fun, guys!
